Character's Circumstances [Prior to Rivelata]

Farfarello is part of a team of assassins, codenamed Schwarz, who try to defeat the heroes of Weiss Kreuz and conquer the world.
His teammates are Schuldig, Bradley Crawford and Naoe Nagi.

Farfarello is the kind of person who would laugh in glee while flaying the skin from your bones, but most of the time he doesn't bother.
Most of the time he comes across as a quiet young, Irish man with religious issues. But don't underestimate his crazy, because he is
really crazy. He will lick the sharp edges of his custom made knives! He will go beserk. He will, in fact, all but fall into spams of
excitement at any mention of God, knives, or pain.

Because his way of expressing excitement involves lots of bloodshed, his teammates are sometimes obliged to either subdue him with straightjackets or let him run loose ... for some time until Farfarello tires. Despite this Farfarello seems to respect his teammates and
his place in Schwartz; perhaps he likes them because they, too, enjoy killing people or perhaps because it was Crawford and Schuldig
who rescued him from the asylum. Anyway while he doesn't have any supernatural abilities to contribute to Schwarz, he does have a
way with blades and can fight like a demon. Also, he isn't bothered by pain. Actually he can't feel physical pain at all, due to extensive,
mysterious nerve damage throughout his body. This makes him an ideal Beserker: even wounded, he will be free from pain and free
to keep killing.

His early childhood passed idyllically enough: Named Jei, he grew up under the doting eyes of his parents and a sister. Normal childhood.
Once a week he went to Sunday School where dear, dear Sister Ruth taught him the Catechism, about the difference between Right and
Wrong. And all was well. But his happy childhood ended when, at the age of six, Jei learned he was adopted. And that his real mother
was dear, deceiving Sister Ruth! Cue instant psychotic breakdown. He killed his adopted his adopted family, which is how he ended
up in an asylum.

Afterwards he repressed the memory and decided to blame God for their deaths. Now at the age of 20, there is very little Farfarello
enjoys more than hunting down priests (his idea of getting revenge on God). He enjoys carving himself new scars. He is still crazy.
He lives with the rest of Schwarz somewhere not at the bottom of the ocean.
