Jennifer started out playing Hitachiin Kaoru from Ouran High School Host Club (poetryinfashion) and Naoe Nagi from Weiss Kreuz (technokinetic), her only two characters for the first month and some of the last remaining First Wave characters. Kaoru, along with his twin brother, run one of the oldest player-developed businesses in Rivelata, Eagle's Splendour - a general clothing store - and discovered Rivelata's disdain for look-alikes / replicas. Nagi is the only remaining member of the group to first enter the jungle and kill the Jaguar God, Zikhadhara.


Eventually, she watched the Code Geass anime after lots of prodding from Belltrap and subsequently apped Nunnally Lamperouge (pinkyswearsis), the main character Lelouch's younger sister. Her inability to see actually drew her very close to another blind character, Iggy / Icarus (Maximum Ride). Despite sharing a bond with lack of sight, they are polar opposites in another way: she cannot walk, but he has wings and can fly, and he has in fact promised to take her flying. Despite her brother's protectiveness, she has grown quite fond of Iggy. Later, indulging in a childhood fandom, she marathoned Yu Yu Hakusho so as to play Kuwabara Kazuma (kickasshonor) alongside a very awesome Kurama. He is still bumbling around looking for a purpose.

After the death of Hamano Jennifer (see below), she promised to apply for another character from the Kyou Kara Maou universe: the Made-of-Awesome Drag-wearing Yozak Grie (ispysoldier). Along with his canonmates, he helped protect the Bear-bee eggs until they could hatch and help run off Sky-Snakes that had been plaguing the city. The creatures are now adored pets for those who wish to keep them. Lately, she has decided to attempt to channel her little brother into The Gasman aka Gazzy (captainteror) - an 8-year-old with the power to mimic sounds, build bombs, and produce noxious gas using... his body - from the Maximum Ride universe to add to a growing flock.

Her ninth and final character is be Riza Hawkeye of Fullmetal Alchemist fame, but she is still quite new to the game.

Dropped characters include: Hamano Jennifer (hamanojennifer) from Kyou Kara Maou - who went into a coma after bombs exploded all over the city, then later died in an explosion of the clinic where she'd been resting - and Bookman (pandantiquarian) from D.Gray-man, who went missing in the city-wide bomb explosion.

This is her first LJ RP but she has been playing D&D-style role-playing with the Role-Playing Gamers Association for 12 years. She has an insatiable appetite for helping people, especially with HTML, and keeps an extensive list of Character and Player names of those Rivelatians she has encountered through AIM. She is prone to bouts of poetry- and song-lyric-writing, both In Character and Out Of Character. She is the one who wrote Rivelata-version lyrics for: Umbrella, Caramelldansen, and At The Beginning. Recently, she took the plunge and recorded a passable-but-not-great rendition of Riveleta's Umbrella (the song is available for download in AIF and MP3 formats).

In honor of Day 100 at Rivelata, she created a Commemorative Video, and is doing so again for Day 200. This is just one aspect of her nerdiness made manifest, as was also demonstrated in the following D&D-related examples:

She is currently pursuing Cultural Anthropology (Major) as well as Folklore, Japanese, and maybe Computer and Information Science (Minors) at The Ohio State University and expects to graduate in June 2009.
