While Larxene looks and acts childish, she has no morals whatsoever. She is sadistic and the only enjoyment she gets is from the suffering of others. Larxene's past is, for the most part, unknown. It is not known what her real name was (speculated to be Arlene by the mun) or what world she came from. All that is known is that her heart was lost, either stolen or collapsed, but her willpower allowed her to keep human shape. She was then recruited into Organization XIII as member number XII. She is also the only female "true" member, as Naminé is not really part of the Organization.

Larxene was involved in Marluxia's plot to take over the Organization, because the two of them saw that Xemnas was unfit to lead, at least in their eyes. Their plan was to use Naminé's memory bending skills to make a slave of the keyblade-wielder Sora and take over the rest of the Organization. Unfortunately, the two were betrayed by Axel and Larxene made the mistake of truly angering Sora, leading to her downfall.

In Rivelata, Larxene is somewhat obsessed with the thought of getting revenge on Axel. For this reason, she and Zexion formed a reluctant alliance that has recently become a lot less reluctant. Does Rivelata have a strange effect on Nobodies?

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking (with or without drugs thrown in to the recipe), having tea with or without Zexion and training her ass off.
